Description: Canada’s immigration system is evolving rapidly. Recent changes affecting work permits, permanent residence applications, and other key pathways have made navigating the system more complex than ever.
This webinar will discuss some of the key changes to applications for temporary and permanent residence categories.Participants will leave with practical insights to support newcomers and clients, ensuring they can navigate Canada’s immigration system with confidence.

Kyle Wilfer, Associate, B.A., J.D.
Kyle is an associate in the firm’s business law practice, with a primary focus on immigration law. As part of the firm’s immigration and global mobility team, he assists clients on all aspects of immigration matters, including International Mobility Program (IMP) Applications, Criminal Inadmissibility Applications, Temporary Residence, and Permanent Residency Applications including those under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program and Spousal/Common Law Sponsorship categories.
