 Organizations who have questions about this topic. This event is strictly 
 for staff from MANSO member organizations Description: Canada&rsquo\;s 
 immigration system is evolving rapidly. Recent changes affecting work 
 permits\, permanent residence applications\, and other key pathways have 
 made navigating the system more complex than ever. This webinar will 
 discuss some of the key changes to applications for temporary and 
 permanent residence categories.Participants will leave with practical 
 insights to support newcomers and clients\, ensuring they can navigate 
 Canada&rsquo\;s immigration system with confidence. Q&amp\;A: Attendees 
 will have an opportunity to ask questions directly to the presenter. Time

 Presenters: Sofia Mirza\, K.C. \, B.Sc. (Maj.)\, B.A.\, LL.B. Best Lawyers

 Sofia advises on all aspects of global mobility and immigration law 
 matters. She counsels commercial and individual clients on entry to 
 Canada\, including for temporary residence applications (visitor\, work\, 
 study permits and visas)\, criminal inadmissibility\, and permanent 
 residence (including spousal and common law sponsorships\, provincial 
 nominee and express entry applications) for those seeking settlement in 
 Canada\, relocating for work or to meet other cross-border related goals. 
 Kyle Wilfer\, Associate\, B.A.\, J.D. Kyle is an associate in the 
 firm&rsquo\;s business law practice\, with a primary focus on immigration 
 law. As part of the firm&rsquo\;s immigration and global mobility team\,
