MANSO Housing Day
The MANSO Housing Day event is a professional development and networking opportunity for member organizations that deliver housing-related services to Manitoba's newcomer population.
There will be two presentations. The morning presentation will be given by the Residential Tenancies Branch and will focus on Tenant’s Rights and Responsibilities. The second presentation in the afternoon will be facilitated by West Central Women's Resource Centre and will focus on access to housing for people experiencing Gender-Based Violence.
MANSO Housing Day is taking place at Stride Place, 245 Royal Rd. South, Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, on October 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
NOTE: To make the journey more enjoyable and eco-friendly, we encourage you to share rides with your coworkers or sector colleagues. Please consider organizing carpools with at least 2-4 people. If you are looking for a ride or you have room in your vehicle, please contact MANSO's Resource and Event Support, Karen Loeb, at k.loeb@mansomanitoba.ca
MANSO will be providing snacks, lunch and soft drinks during the event. Please note there is a question about dietary restrictions on the registration page.
