Looking for simple, effective ways to build a more inclusive, anti-racist, and equitable team culture—without needing a full-day retreat or external consultant? Join us for an interactive Lunch & Learn where we’ll introduce two adaptable tools developed through the Enhancing National Sector Gender-Based Analysis (GBA) Plus Capacity project, on which MANSO was a key partner. You can use it immediately in your workplace.
Whether you’re supporting newcomers, coordinating services, or working in the community, these resources are designed with frontline realities in mind.
You’ll walk away with:
- A brief introduction to GBA Plus and key anti-racism and equity concepts
- A hands-on look at adaptable tools for team reflection and learning
- A sneak peek of a video resource to deepen understanding of Indigenous views on Anti-Racism and Newcomer and Indigenous Relations, and conversations
- Space to brainstorm how you could adapt and use these tools with your own team
Bring your questions and ideas! This session is perfect for frontline staff & team leads from non-profits seeking practical ways to grow their equity practice in everyday work.
