Newcomers and low-income people (including newly arrived Ukrainians) living in Winnipeg are eligible for the City of Winnipeg Recreation Fee Subsidy. Join MANSO and guest presenters from the City of Winnipeg to learn more about this important subsidy program. Presentation will be followed by Q&A.
