About Regional Connections Immigrant Services
Regional Connections Immigrant Services provides settlement and integration services to southern Manitoba in the communities of Altona, Dauphin, Morden, Winkler and the surrounding rural municipalities, including itinerant services to Morris, Carman, Rosenort, and Roblin and remote services to Churchill. At Regional Connections, our "all services" approach to settlement services for newcomers includes a variety of services including: settlement services, resettlement assistance program, settlement workers in schools (SWIS), employment services, class placement assessments, language training including LINC classes, literacy classes, and workplace language training (English at Work), care for newcomer children, community connections, a volunteer program, and cultural diversity training. We have a volunteer program and provide a variety of community connections activities and community events for clients.

Setttlement - for all newcomers regardless of immigration status
RAP - for Government Assisted Refugees
SWIS - for all school-aged newcomers, regardless of immigration status
Employment - for all residents, whether newcomer or Canadian-born, several programs running through the Province of Manitoba
Language - Placement Tests - CLBPT, CLB-LPT, MALLA placement tests for ESL and Literacy programs
Language - LINC - for Permanent Residents
Language - Workplace - for all newcomers, regardless of immigration status
Language - Adult Literacy - for all residents, whether newcomer or Canadian-born
Community Connections - for all newcomers regardless of immigration status
Pembina Valley Local Immigration Partnership - indirect service
Dauphin and Area Welcoming Communities Coalition - indirect service
