About Mount Carmel Clinic

Mount Carmel Clinic works to increase the overall well-being of families by providing accessible, community-centred programs, resources, and health services. Each year we see thousands of people from the North End neighbourhood walk through our doors, and our goal is to provide each individual with the best quality of care possible. We offer Primary Care services including dental, lab, and pharmacy services, Early Learning Parent and Child support including daycare, and Community Services that include cultural programming and community connection.

Products & Services

The Community Wellness Team provides psycho-social supports, including advocacy and short-term crisis counselling to newcomers, immigrants and refugees.

We are a hub that is focused on providing services to permanent residents living in the North End and North Point Douglas area.

Through our program we aim to assist clients in reaching English proficiency, community awareness and connection through a range of services which include: Weekly drop-in programs, referrals, information and orientation groups, including educational groups and presentations related to newcomer issues.
