  from across Manitoba's settlement sector in a welcoming\, low-pressure 
 environment. Designed specifically for settlement sector staff\, the event
  provides an opportunity to reconnect with nature\, strengthen peer 
 relationships\, and prioritize mental wellness. By creating space for 
 informal connection and mutual support\, the gathering helps foster a 
 stronger\, more resilient sector of professionals dedicated to welcoming
