DESCRIPTION: Open Doors: Connecting Members\, Building Community Presented 
 by MANSO in partnership with Red River College Polytech The Open Doors 
 Series is an initiative designed to strengthen connections across 
 Manitoba&rsquo\;s newcomer-serving sector. At each event in this series\, 
 one of our member organizations will open their doors\, inviting peers to 
 tour their space\, explore their programs and gain deeper insight into how
  they support newcomers. Following each tour\, join us for Q&amp\;A\, 
 networking and meaningful conversations that build stronger relationships 
 across our network. This Open Doors will be held at Manitoba Start. 
 Manitoba Start provides centralized intake\, needs assessment\, and 
 settlement referrals for newcomers arriving in Winnipeg\, connecting them 
 to the services and supports they need to settle successfully. They also 
 offer free career services\, employment preparation\, and job matching to 
 help newcomers build their careers in Manitoba. Logistics &amp\; Reminders
  Third-party parking lots and street parking spots are conveniently 
 located downtown in proximity to the event site: Radisson Parkade (Indigo 
 Lot W065) &ndash\; 288 Portage Avenue (entrance off Smith Street) and 
 Smith Street Parkade &ndash\; 330 Smith Street (across from The 
 Marlborough Hotel). Feel free to bring brochures and business cards to 
 share. Light refreshments will be served. If you are not a member of a 
 MANSO member agency\, there may be an opportunity for you to register for
