 In-person\, Winnipeg Your attendance at all sessions is required to ensure
  participants receive the full benefit of the training series. By 
 registering\, you are committing to participate fully both all training 
 session. You only need to register once. Please register below! Workshop 
 Description: This series of three workshops will combine presentation-
 style sessions to share key information\, full-group discussions (group 
 size permitting)\, and\, where time allows\, small-group work in breakout 
 rooms. There may be some light homework between sessions to support 
 learning and reflection. The first two workshops will be held virtually. 
 The third workshop will be in person\, more hands-on\, and will give 
 participants the chance to do a deeper dive into topics the group is most 
 interested in. Learning Outcomes: By participating in this workshop 
 series\, you will learn about: The core skills needed for grant writing\, 
 including tips and best practices How to match project ideas with the 
 right funders The main parts of a funding proposal\, from project goal\, 
 objectives\, activities\, outputs\, outcomes\, etc. - through to 
 evaluation and sustainability Practical tools such as logic models (theory
  of change)\, workplans\, and budgets Ethical considerations in grant 
 writing\, including the use of AI Common funders and grant streams 
 available\, with reference to the MANSO resource Presenter: Shereen 
 Denetto Shereen Denetto is the Executive Director at IRCOM\, the Immigrant
  and Refugee Community Organization of Manitoba\, an inner-city agency in 
 Winnipeg that provides transitional affordable housing\, on-site supports 
 and a welcoming home for newcomers to Canada from over 21 different 
 countries around the world. Shereen has been writing and reporting on 
 grants to all levels of government\, foundations\, and corporations\, for 
 over 25 years. Logistic Notes: This is an online event. You will need to
